As part of our Annual General Meeting, we had the honour to have Barbara Artmann, the CEO and owner of the shoe producer Künzli Schuhe, as guest speaker. About one year ago, the traditional Swiss company moved the production to Albania. Künzli is one of the first companies in Switzerland which is producing in Albania – a rare move. Miss Artmann shared with us her experiences as on of the few Swiss investors in Albania and gave insights how business works in Albania.

Ambassador Ilir Gjoni gave us the honor to participate at the event. We welcomed several people interested in Albania, too. After the presentation, we had a glass of local wine – a good occassion to talk about Albania and to enlarge the network.
The evening finished with the Annual General Meeting of the Society. The most important point on the agenda was the election of the board members. New members of the board are Linda Pirja, Aferdita Memeti and Markus Baumgartner. Christian Hadorn, Albert Ramaj and Lars Haefner were re-elected.
